Section 36(iv) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iv)The Presiding Officer shall open the sealed packet in presence of the polling agents present and use the marked copy of the list of voters for recording the serial number of the ballot paper issued to voters at the adjourned poll.
