Section 7(1) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(1)A person shall be disqualified for reappointment, and for being a member of the Board;(i)if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if he has been or is convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the Government, involves moral turpitude.
