Section 2(i) in Aluminium Corporation Of India Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Aluminium Undertaking Act, 1984
(i)words and expressions under herein and not defined, but defined in the Companies Act, 1956, shall have the meanings, respectively, assigned provisions of this Act.
