Section 247(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)A Council may provide and maintain public bathing places or swimming pools with sheds, booths and other conveniences and may permit any person, club or association to provide and maintain such bathing places and swimming pools open to general public or to members only of the clubs or associations.
