Section 66 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
66. Legal proceeding.
- All suits and other legal proceedings by or against the University shall be instituted, prosecuted or defended on behalf of the University by the Registrar or any other officer empowered in this behalf by the Vice-Chancellor.
