70. Right of other tenants to make improvements
Subject to the restrictions imposed by the 1st and 2nd proviso to sub-section (1) of section 66, a Gair Khatedar tenant or a tenant of Khudkasht. Or a sub-tenant may make any improvement. but he shall not be entitled to any compensation on ejectment unless for making such improvements he has obtained the previous order of the Tehsildar. or the written permission of the holder of Khudkasht or the Khatedar tenant as the case may be.
