Section 36(19) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(19)The copyright of the question paper/s set for secondary and higher secondary examinations conducted by the Board shall rest in it:Provided that the permission to include question paper/s set for secondary and higher secondary examination conducted by this Board, in a publication devoted to the subject of question paper/s may be granted to concerned author or publisher on such condition as the Board may lay down from time to time.
