Section 6(b) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Guiding Principles for Declaring or Authorizing Natural Gas Pipeline as Common Carrier or Contract Carrier) Regulations, 2009
(b)The contract for transportation of natural gas shall be only for transportation of natural gas and without any obligation as to the sourcing of the natural gas.
