Section 21(1) in Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003
(1)The Government may terminate the services of the agents, by giving a notice for such period as specified in the agreement, if, in its opinion, it is found that the agent/s is not fulfilling the conditions in the Agreement.
