Section 2(p) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(p)"State Council" means the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, constituted under the Andhra Pradesh Council of Higher Education Act, 1988 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 16 of 1988).
