324. Instructions to Qanungos.
- The Sadar Qanungo is required to instruct the Inspectors and Office Qanungos in any matter connected with their duties in which they may require advice or instruction. He may if necessary, hold, with the previous sanction of the Collector, a conference once a year of all the Inspectors and Office Qanungos in the district for the discussion of common or special difficulties. If any difficulties arises which cannot be solved, he should report them for orders of the Collector who may, if necessary, refer them to the Board of Revenue through the Commissioner of the division.
