Section 4(4) in The Maharashtra Water Conservation Corporation Act, 2000
(4)The members of the Corporation nominated under clauses [(b-1)] [Inserted by Maharashtra Act No. 52 of 2018, dated 10.8.2018.] (o), (p), (q) and (r) of sub-section (1) shall receive such fees and allowances as may be laid down by the regulations.
