Section 6(1) in Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Rules, 1966
(1)If any obstruction is offered or is in the opinion of the estate officer likely to be offered, to the taking possession of any public premises under the Act, the estate officer, or any other officer duly authorised by him in this behalf, may obtain necessary police assistance.
