Section 11(1) in The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973
(1)If any person, who holds land in excess of ceiling area applicable to him. fails to furnish the return under section 10 or furnishes an incomplete or incorrect return under that section, the authorised officer may, by a notice, require such person to furnish the return or the additional particulars, as the case may be, within the time specified in the notice, or within such further time not exceeding thirty days as the authorised officer may, in his discretion, allow.
