Section 20(1)(f) in The U.P. Rice and Paddy (Levy and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1985

(f)Seize and remove any books of accounts or documents which in his opinion, shall be useful for, or relevant to any proceeding in respect of any contravention of this order and allow the person from whose custody such books of accounts or documents are seized to make copies thereof to take extracts therefrom in his presence.
