Section 20 in The Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Act, 1958
20. Appointment of Inspectors.
(1)The State Government may, by notification, appoint such persons or such class of persons as they think fit to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act within such local limits as the State Government may specify.(2)Every Inspector shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
