13. Prohibition or restriction of use of vehicles on certain highways.
- Where a highway or any portion thereof is not designed to carry vehicles of which the laden weight exceeds such limit as may be fixed by the Highway Authority in this behalf, he may, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, prohibit or restrict the plying of such vehicles on or over such highway or such part of the highway.
