Section 31(2) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(2)The programme shall contain-(a)the prescribed particulars in respect of housing Schemes which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year;(b)the particulars of any undertaking or work which the Board proposes to organise or execute, as the case may be, during the next year for the purposes of production of building materials; and(c)such other particulars as may be prescribed.
