Section 60 in The Bodoland Autonomous Council Act, 1993
60. Indemnity.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the General Council or against any member or officer or employee thereof for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder.
