Section 6(4)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Spirits) Rules, 2006

(c)Where the Commission is satisfied that the applicant for expansion of production capacity of an existing distillery has fulfilled conditions specified in sub-rule (1) to (3) above, he may endorse the sanction of expansion on the existing licence.
