Section 2(j) in Telangana Heritage (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Maintenance) Act, 2017
(j)"Maintenance" with its grammatical variations and cognate expressions, includes the fencing, covering in, repairing, restoring, (landscaping and housekeeping) and cleansing of a protected heritage, and the doing of any act which may be necessary for the purpose of preserving a protected heritage or for securing convenient access thereto;
