1. This is an application filed by the appellant seeking extension of time to deposit the amount in terms of this Court's order dated 13.09.2024.
2. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the appellant, we extend the time to make the said deposit by a further period of four weeks, making it clear that in case, the said deposit is not made within the time so granted, the interim stay granted by this Court will automatically stand vacated.
3. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
