Section 7(j) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2020
(j)Final selection of the candidate(s) will be made by the Appointing Authority on the recommendation of the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee may give appropriate weightage to the candidate's performance in the selection process, his qualifications, job experience and such other criteria as it may deem fit.
