Section 14(1) in Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board Service Rules, 1974
(1)In respect of pay, leave and all other matters not expressly provided for in these rules except provident fund and gratuity, the members of the Service shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Service Rules, as applicable in the State of Haryana from time to time and such other rules and regulations as may have been or may hereafter be made by the Government and adopted by the Board.
