83. Accounts and Audits.
(1)The Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare and annual statement of account including the balance sheet in such form as may be approved by the State Government.(2)The accounts of the Authority shall be subject to Audit annually by the Account General Assam. The accounts of the Authority along with the Audit Report shall be placed before the State Legislature.
