Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of the respondents herein in not regularizing or absorbing the services of the Petitioners as Mechanics and Clearers in the TTD Transport Department from the date of their initial appointment in the available vacant sanctioned posts or by creating necessary posts by taking their long length of service into consideration and also declare the action of the TTD in migrating the petitioners herein to the 'Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Man Power Corporation, Tirupati' in similar lines to APCOS, contrary to the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 6281 of 2021 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violaive of the provisions of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act and also violative of the Judgments rendered by the Apex Court on various occasions and consequently direct the respondents to absorb /regularize the services of the Petitioner as Mechanics and Clearners in the existing vacancies or by creating necessary post in the TTD Transport Department from the date of their initial appointment and with all consequential benefits including payment of arrears of salary and renew the agreements of the petitioners with the TTD and continue them as Mechanics and Cleaners respectively in TTD. 1.A. No. 1 of 2021 :- Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as Mechanics and Clearners in the TTD by renewing the agreements of the petitioners with the TTD without migrating them into "Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Man Power Corporation, Tirupati", pending disposal of W.P. No. 31017 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y. V. Anil Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Ms. C. Sindhu Kumari, Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, the Court made the following ORDER :

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the learned Standing Counsel, who seeks time to secure instructions in the matter.
However, on perusing the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it would appear that the petitioners are working in TTD for the last 14 years.
In view of the same and in view of the submissions made that in similar circumstances, interim orders were granted in W.P.No.30615 of 2021, status quo with regard to services of the petitioners shall be preserved in view of their long services in TTD, for a period of eight (8) weeks.
List along with W.P.No.30615 of 2021."
