(11)The fair price shop holder shall maintain proper record of receipt, sale, opening and closing balances of specified essential commodities and registration of ration cards and other authorized documents separately for Above Poverty Level, Below Poverty Level, Antodaya Households and Priority Households as may be specified by the Controller from time to time.
