Section 62 in Jammu and Kashmir Chit Funds Act, 2016
62. Inspection of documents in Registrar's office.
- The foreman of a chit or any subscriber in a chit or the heirs or legal representatives of any foreman or subscriber may, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed,-(a)inspect the documents of the concerned chit kept by the Registrar ; or(b)obtain a certified copy or an extract of any such document on record.
