(2)Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, the Zila Panchayat may, in connection with its affairs, create posts of such other officers (including Atirikt Abhiyanta and Atirikt Swasthya Adhikari) and other Servants as may be prescribed by rules [x x x] [Deleted by Section 10(ii) of U.P.
