During the course of argument it was brought to our notice that the petitioner has preferred another Writ Petition No.41210 of 2018 and the petitioner seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that the withdrawal of this writ petition shall not prejudice the interest of the petitioner.
