Section 10 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
10. Vacancies in the Council not to invalidate acts, etc.
- No Act or proceeding of the Council shall be invalid by reason of the existence of a vacancy in the Council or on account of any defect or irregularity in its constitution.
