Section 91A in The Maharashtra Non-Trading Corporations Act, 1959
91A. Fee for filing or registering certain documents under the Act with Registrar.
The fee for filing or registering any document required to be filed or registered with the Registrar in pursuance of this Act (such fee not being elsewhere in this Act provided) shall be such as may be prescribed.
