Section 25(3) in West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979
(3)Where any work is undertaken by the [Kolkata] [Substituted by Section 5 of the West Bengal Capital City (Change of Name) Act, 2001 (West Bengal Act No. 18 of 2001) (w.r.e.f. 1.1.2001) for "Calcutta"] Metropolitan Development Authority under sub-section (1), it shall be deemed to be, for the purposes of any law for the time being in force, that authority referred to in sub-section (1) of section 24.
