Section 28(2) in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal all notifications and orders issued, all acts done and all prosecutions lodged in the Courts of Law in accordance with the provisions of the rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been issued, made and lodged under appropriate provisions of these rules.
