69. Appointment of manager, secretary and other officers.
- The qualifications for the appointment of any whole-time employee such as general manager, manager, executive officer, secretary, accountant or any other officer or employee of a society and the conditions of service of such officers and employees, shall be such as may, from time to time, be prescribed:Provided that no qualification shall be prescribed in respect of part time employees.
