Section 14(3) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at the High Court of Gujarat (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(3)For the purpose of making an inquiry, the GSICC and the Internal Sub-Committee shall have the same powers as are vested in a Civil Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 when trying a suit in respect of the following matters, namely:-(i)summoning and enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him on oath;(ii)requiring the discovery and production of documents; and(iii)any other matter which may be prescribed.
