Section 20(1) in Madhya Bharat Women's and Children's Institutions Licensing Act, 1954
(1)The Licensing Authority may inspect or cause to be inspected at any time any institution licensed under this Act for the purpose of securing the health and welfare of the inmates and the sanitation of the premises or for the fulfilment of the purposes of this Act.
