Section 7 in The Orissa Taxation (On Goods carried by Roads or Inland Waterways) Act, 1968
7. Taxing authority.
- The Government may, for carrying out the purposes of this Act, appoint a Commissioner and such other officer of officers to assist him as they may think fit.
