        for the State.

The second bail application has been filed on behalf of the abovenamed applicant with a prayer to release on bail in connection with Sadar (Khelgaon) P.S. Case No.374/2018 under section 399/402 of IPC and section 25(1-a)(1-b)a/26 and 35 of Arms Act pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-XV, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the first bail application the present applicant alongwith other co-accused has been rejected being B.A.No.789/2019 vide order dated 29.08.2019 by co-ordinate bench of this court. The trial has been commenced in which the witnesses have been examined. The deposition of the witnesses are being annexed to the supplementary affidavit. Moreover, the bail application of co-accused Dileshwar Ganjhu was also earlier rejected alongwith the applicant in B.A.No.789/2019 vide order dated 19.08.2019 by the co-ordinate bench of this court. The second bail application of co-accused Dileshwar Ganjhu was allowed in B.A. No.13427/2021 vide order dated 13.01.2022 by co-ordinate bench of this court. The applicant has been languishing in jail since 19.07.2018.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the contentions made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the submissions made and the materials on record, the second bail application of the applicant is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in the aforesaid case.
