Section 53(2) in The West Bengal Industrial Infra-Structure Development Corporation Act, 1974
(2)If, in opinion of the State Government, the Corporation fails or neglects to perform such duty or obligation within the period so fixed for its performance, it shall be lawful for the State Government to supersede and reconstitute the Corporation, as it deems fit.
