Section 2(a) in The Orissa Special Courts Act, 2006
(a)"authorised officer" means any serving officer belonging to Orissa Superior Judicial Service (Senior Branch) and who is or has been an Additional Sessions Judge, nominated by the State Government with the concurrence of the High Court for the purpose of Section 13;
