When the matters were listed for hearing on earlier occasion ie., on 24.02.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court 8/10 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.10419, 13453, 16632 & 16633 of 2013 passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matters on 26.02.2025 under the caption “For Dismissal”.

2. Even today, ie., 26.02.2025, when the matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matters.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
