Section 137 in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
137. Reports of the Commission.
- It shall be the duty of the Commission to present annually to the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] a report as to the work done by the Commission and the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] on receipt of such report, shall cause a copy thereof together with a memorandum explaining, as respects the cases, if any, where the advice of the Commission was not accepted, the reasons for such non-acceptance to be laid before the Legislature.
