Section 5 in Gujarat Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 1969
5. Amendment of section 49 of Guj. 34 of 1964.- In section 49 of the principal Act,-
(1)in clause (c) of sub-section (1) for the figures "100" the figures "200" shall be substituted;(2)in clause (a) of sub-section (2) for the figures "100" the figures "200" shall be substituted.
