17.08.2023 Present: Mr. Bimal Gupta, Senior Advocate with Mr. Satish Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. Neeraj Gupta, Senior Advocate with Mr. Ajeet Pal Singh Jaswal, Advocate, for the respondents.
Petitioners-Sh. Nand Lal & Sh. Madan Lal and of respondent No.2-Sh. Chandermani have attended the hearing today. Upon hearing them, there seems to be a rt possibility of resolution of the dispute surviving between them. Learned counsel on both sides have assured to work upon the amicable settlement of the dispute at the spot.
They have requested for taking up the matter after one month.

It is hoped and expected that the parties shall resolve the dispute between them by the next date of hearing.
