PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to
issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to
the Tender No.GEM/2025/B/5822764 dated 17th January 2025 and quash the
same and consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation
dated 10.02.2025 of the petitioner and accordingly finalize the tender awarding
in a fair and transparent manner by duly considering the tender specification
and the petitioner’s bid.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed for the relief herein below set out:
“calling for the records pertaining to the Tender No.GEM/2025/B/5822764 dated 17th January 2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 10.02.2025 of the petitioner and accordingly finalize the tender awarding in a fair and transparent manner by duly considering the tender specification and the petitioner’s bid.”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that tender has already been granted to a third party.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
