Section 1 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- 1.1 These Regulations may be called the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005.1.2These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra and to all matters within the jurisdiction of the Commission.1.3These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
