Section 12(1) in Madhya Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2015
(1)The Administrator Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme shall prepare the draft of rehabilitation and resettlement Scheme within a period of thirty days from the date of completion of survey.
