A register should be maintained by the Nazir in the prescribed Form No. (R) 13A showing the securities, jewellery and other valuable articles in his custody. A separate register should also be maintained in Form No. (R) 13B, for ordinary movables and live-stock attached in execution cases.III. - Sale
