Section 9(b) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Jagir Resumption (Absorption of Jagir Employees) Rules, 1954
(b)If a Jagir Employee served with a notice of discharge is not required to serve during the whole or part of the period of notice, shall be given notice-pay for the period of notice during he is not required to serve.
